Summary: Room was big and comfortable. Grandkids loved the pool. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Location was fantastic for the event we attended.

Summary: Very clean and nicely updated. The pool was ok, it would have been nice if the water was a bit warmer but it wasn't horrible. Breakfast was awful though. The waffle batter was like water. The eggs and sausage were cold.

Summary: The customer service was nice. However there were a couple of issues. First, and most disturbing was that the trash outside of the exit doors was NEVER emptied in 3 days of us staying there. It continued to pile up and seriously overflow. Then inside the room the toilet itself, not just the lid, was loose and would shift around on the floor. And the sink faucet was as well. We were disappointed as LaQuinta has made improvements over the past several years. This is why we stayed there this visit. But, sadly, this one did not live up to the standards.

Summary: Arrived at the hotel and got into our room and BOTH TVs were non-functional. The wiring on one of the TV's was literally hanging on the wall. After a few phone calls one of the front desk attendants came and looked at the TV's and decided to allow us to change rooms. We would be staying for 5 days so we had multiple pieces of luggage to move, so it was inconvenient. The second room was good and everything was working. It is a very busy hotel and has construction and military using the hotel so it gets loud and busy at 5am most mornings.
